Public Rebrand Notice.

An important notice for our existing clients, prospective clients, and the public concerning our recent rebrand and the domain change to www.premiumcapitalgh.com.

The Notice

We have rebranded.

Effective from our rebrand date, the firm previously trading as pib-ltd.com now operates under the legal name Premium Capital Investment Ghana Limited. This is a change of branding, identity, and online presence. The underlying entity, regulatory licences (where applicable), client agreements, and team continue without interruption.

What has changed

  • The name. Our trading name and brand identity have changed to Premium Capital Investment Ghana Limited.
  • The website. Our official website is now www.premiumcapitalgh.com. The previous domain is no longer in active use.
  • Our email addresses. All staff and corporate email now use the @premiumcapitalgh.com domain. Customer support: customers@premiumcapitalgh.com.
  • Branch signage and materials. All twelve branches across Ghana are being updated with the new identity over the coming weeks.

What has not changed

  • Your relationship with the firm. Existing client agreements, account numbers, and standing instructions remain in full force.
  • Your relationship manager. The person you have been working with continues to serve you.
  • Our regulatory standing. Our regulatory status with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Ghana is unaffected by the rebrand.
  • Our partner banks. Our settlement and referral relationships with Ecobank Ghana, Stanbic Bank Ghana, and GCB Bank continue under the new identity.
  • Our team. The people, the offices, and the work continue.

For existing clients

You do not need to take any action. Your existing investment account, mandate, and standing instructions continue. We will write to you separately with updated contact details and any administrative items that require your attention. If you receive any communication you are unsure about, particularly anything asking for your password, OTP codes, or to transfer funds to a new account, please call us directly on +233 30 274 6644 to verify before acting.

Whenever a financial firm rebrands, fraudsters sometimes attempt to exploit the change. Please take a moment to read this section.

Verify the domain

Our only official website is www.premiumcapitalgh.com. Always check the URL in your browser before entering credentials. We will never ask for your password by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call.

Verify our emails

All legitimate emails from us come from the @premiumcapitalgh.com domain. Hover over any link before clicking. If anything looks off, forward it to compliance@premiumcapitalgh.com.

Verify bank account changes

Our settlement banks (Ecobank Ghana, Stanbic Bank Ghana, GCB Bank) have not changed. If you receive any instruction to send funds to a new bank account, call your relationship manager directly to verify before transferring anything.

Report suspicious activity

If you suspect fraud, scam, or attempted impersonation involving our firm, please report it immediately to our compliance team at compliance@premiumcapitalgh.com or our whistleblowing channel at whistleblower@premiumcapitalgh.com.
